Below is the form to fill out if you wish to volunteer at Miles Christi’s Annual Family Picnic.
You can earn up to 12 service hours in one weekend.
The picnic will be held at the Miles Christi Family Center at 25300 Johns Road, South Lyon, MI 48178.
Please be sure you have a ride for drop-off and pick-up at the following times:
Saturday, August 31: Drop-off at 9:00am, Pick-up at 2:00pm
Sunday, September 1: Drop-off at 12:30pm, Pickup at 7:00pm
